Returns shall be subject to the provisions of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the recast User and Consumer Defence Act and other supplementary laws and regulations.
Orders may be returned within 14 business days after receipt. Within that time, you should notify BEANHOME, by a means allowing proof of receipt by BEANHOME, of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You may return any item you have bought from the BEANHOME online store, provided the products have not been used and you still have their original packaging.
The cost of handling and transport for the return are payable by the customer. BEANHOME will reimburse the price of the purchase once we have received the product and checked that it is in perfect condition. The refund will be made using the same form of payment as that used by the customer for purchase.
Products that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or customised in any way by the buyer cannot be returned.
RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS
Customers express their acceptance of the perfect condition of the product when it is delivered, by signing the delivery note. If the product is damaged or faulty, the carrier will collect the product, once it has been assessed by BEANHOME.
BEANHOME will contact you to indicte the new delivery time and will bear the cost of the return and new delivery.
